In 2020, Invermay PS was awarded the distinction of becoming a Google Reference School - a first among Ballarat schools public or private.   This reflects the work of our teaching staff, education support staff and senior classroom students in particular, guided by ICT leader & Gr 5-6 classroom teacher Paul Borchers. 

Paul's leadership and drive to enhance our practice and collaboration as learners and educators has seen us all benefit and grow, particularly in terms of collaboration and learning engagement.   Having excelled under a number of Google benchmarks and standards as users of Google For Education, we now hold the distinction of being a reference school for other schools to liaise with, visit and learn from.
